Default CMYK PDF to RGB

Is there a simple way to convert a print PDF, CMYK, to a more screen friendly RGB?

I've got the "Quite" Acrobat plugin to do the reverse.

I can do it using GSview, in GhostScript, with its "convert" feature.
But it came out looking rather weird.
Seemed much more black and blue than it should.
If anyone is using GSview, is there a way to configure how it converts colour spaces?
It has many options but no documentation I can find.

Or is there another way? (Short of rendering the page to a bitmap, I don't want to lose the vector and text objects.)
