Default Incorrect words on PDF

I printed a web page to PDF. The words are not intelligible. For example, where the web page reads "Shipping Address," the PDF reads "UjkrrkpDfftguu." But if I copy and paste from the PDF, it reads "ShippingAddress." So the information is there but it is not appearing on the PDF.

What's going on and how can I fix it?
