Default Need early Windows XP

I realise this is going to be a long shot...

I'm trying to help a friend who is almost blind but has a bit of vision left. His motherboard blew, and he persuaded me to let him have an old XP PC which I had knocking around (he refuses to connect to the internet, so I don't mind his using XP). He has ripped his sizeable music collection which he organises with Windows Media Player; but because he finds the layout of WMP 9 and above very difficult to use, he wants me to install v7 or 7.1.

The snag is that WMP 7 won't run under XP Service Pack 2 or higher. So I'm asking around if anybody here has an old Windows XP or SP1 CD I can use to reinstall the operating system and attempt to run WMP 7.

Do let me know if you can help. Thanks.
