Default Online printing

I'm looking for a service that will print 1 PDF and mail the result to me, plus allow me to set paper size and maybe some other stuff. I am looking at FedEx but they don't explain prices or much of anything. They just launch the interface and tell me to upload the file.

I'm looking for alternatives other than searching Google again. Do any of you have an online print and mail service you like that will do a single copy at a reasonable price made from a PDF.
