Default Xerox color Docutech imposes?

I'm preparing a job to be printed on a color digital device by Xerox, which I suppose is a Docutech, no? Anyway, of course this is a rush job and the whole project started out to be letter size (a calendar that was to be bound via Plastikoil or comb), but is now going to print tabloid and be stitched, folded finish size is still letter. All in InDesign, this is set up with master pages based on master pages and completely relies on tables. It's challenging to make changes to if changes are to the basic layout of the pages. I have the month pics set up in one letter document and the calendar pages in the aforementioned complex one. Will the printer scream and charge me extra for providing the pics and month pages in separate files or can they be imposed quickly and easily on/by the Xerox machine without anyone batting an eye?

I sure don't want to have to reformat those month pages to be tabloid if I don't have to, not at this late late stage in the game (calendar must be done by the 27th)!
