Default Type for lecture invitation & program

I need to choose a typeface for the invitation to a lecture and for the program. The topic is "How to Read the Bible" and the speaker is a well-known professor of Biblical studies. The lecture is our organization's most important event of the year.

Before I started doing this, it was Arial, Arial all the time. Last year, when the topic was translating the Bible, I used Adobe Caslon. Two years ago, when the topic was medieval Spain, I used Monotype Columbus.

Any suggestions?
