Default Corel

I have not checked out the Corel site in a long time. Did you know Painter 11 has been out a long time? Anyone using it?

I also noticed a program called Paint It. The program appears to be based on Painter's auto paint technology, which I always found disappointing.

Nice to see they are still selling Ventura 10. For awhile I was critical of Corel not selling the development rights to someone who will advance the product. Then I had a scary thought that nobody wants to buy it.

Also interesting is that Corel now has a web creation software. They went so many years without one. I notice it says "Powered by NetObjects." I hope NetObjects is now able to maintain cleaner code. I own NetObjects Fusion, and I'm not rushing to load it on my new computer. I'm sticking to a text editor. Not that I do anything complex, btw.

And finally, if I look up at the logo area, there's a blue balloon there. I wonder if Corel is going to have a logo again.
