Default Flash: How to replace images

I support a web site that has flash on the home page, text flying in over an image. The image goes from blurred to sharp. The owner wants the image replaced. I have CS3 Flash and have figured out how to replace the sharp image, but not the blurred one. I can't even tell if the blurred image was blurred in PS or in Flash. The original designer seems unable to locate the original set of files, only the FLA.

Do we have any Flash experts around here who might be able to advise?
