Default PDF folder options in Windows XP

Anyone know why the actions are not visible when you click the Advanced button for a PDF? Many other application extensions allow you to see what opens with each right-mouse-button menu, but PDF does not (on my PC at least).

I want to find out what is doing the "convert PDF to Excel tables" in the hope I can find its output - the dialogue vanishes so quickly I have no time to see what is going on.
