Okay, I've got a new green horn question regarding this situation. The site host asked me for a bill for the logos I sent him. I told him $60 and gave him my address.
But today the host sent another email: Well, your logos got them to tell us something.....not sure what it's worth They want this wrench....that's their logo. Let me know if you can do anything with it. So the auto shop wants me to make a new logo using the awful illustration of a hand holding a wrench that they currently use. I already sent the bill and am annoyed that they apparently rejected all those logos I made. The host seems quite confused by their reaction too, and he's the one paying for the logo. So do I politely assert that I want some more money if I'm to create a whole new logo? The site host himself seems like a professional person (if you can ignore his website, which is god awful), and it's possible that I get more business from him in the future. I'm more annoyed at the auto shop. |
