Default Blog/site design notes

Another interesting source of opinion and advice on how to design effective blogs and web sites: “Pearsonified.”

The link is to what seems to me to be logical — though not the usual — advice on semantic markup.

The author uses WordPress (and designs themes for it), which is nice for those of us who also use that platform — his specific advice is immediately applicable to a WP theme.

I will be interested in hearing from those of you who know more about this stuff than I do. His approach makes sense to me, but I am definitely no SEO maven.

There are some other interesting articles at this blog as well.
