Default Nearly one million words

According to the Daily Telegraph there are approaching 1,000,000 words in the English Language. More than 750 million people use the English language. An average educated person knows about 20,000 words and uses about 2,000 words in a week. For recent new words try Staycation, for spending your hols at home. Or Bricker Mortis, for the current house selling problems.
