Default What Font is This?

Image link (in case insert doesn't work)

I need to find out what the cursive/hand script font is ("Manchester Area Chamber of Commerce"). I know I've seen and used it before but can't place it. A live file of the logo has also not been sent to me. Unfortunately, my computer's font selection does not include some of the basics one might expect.

While I'm at it, if you have any design tips for refining this logo, I'd be open to suggestions. They want me to add more detail to the courthouse (tall building). I'm considering making the whole logo more rectangular rather than square. For some reason the Navy blue turned bright blue when I uploaded it.

Thanks.
