Default Probably not the right place - email qn

I received a message to one of my business emails today from verifyemailaddress@gmail.com, saying:
Subject: ZoneEdit Automated SMTP Test (my.domain.here)
Body: If you received this, then the mail server (my.domain.here) is probably working.

The IP apparently belongs to Germany (Frankfurt) but won't resolve, and a tracert doesn't offer any helpful clues. Spamcop suggests http://www.globalnoc.net/ as the abuse reporting domain but that web site requires a login to see the content.

So, should I be worried - or more importantly should my mail host?
