Default designer's names convention

I work with files sent in by all sorts of designers. The names that they give to certain files certainly make you smile at times – other just make you cringe and think "what were they thinking?"

The more moderate ones are like:

fat girl with coffee

man with big nose

bald geezer

There are others with I can't print. Do the designers think that no-one sees the names of the their graphic files?

Anyone else come across similar themes?
