Default Gill Sans font problem in Quark 7

Deperate help needed!!!!

Hi all,

I'm new to all this stuff so please forgive me if I come across a bit thick. At work we have recently changed from Mac's to Pc's. When I try to open a document in Quark, the kerning on the Gill Sans font does not look the same. I am unable to change to another font as company guidelines will not allow me to. I don't know why this font is different on a PC. I have tried installing Gill Sans MT and then Gill Sans TT. No-one seems to know and it is driving me mad.

Can someone please help me!!!
