Default FireFox 3 causes Mozilla meltdown

Just practising my headline writing....

The rate of download of Firefox 3 after its release yesterday caused the Moz servers to go offline for some 2 hours while trying to cope with 14.000 downlaods a minute. Apparently that is a data rate of 13Gb/sec.
