Default Page Enlargement in Acrobat Standard 8

I am using Adobe Acrobat Standard version 8 on my XP Pro SP2 system.

With a given PDF created and after I have cropped individual pages to remove extraneous edge clutter, is there some way to expand each of the page sizes to a standard 8.5x11 while also centering the remaining content within the 8.5x11 space?

In essence, I seek the opposite of cropping. After having cropped pages, I would then like to pad the margins to make all pages a uniform 8.5x11 by adding white space at the borders.
