Default Ascender Eco-Friendly Font Pack

Earth Day seems like a good time to mention the Ascender Eco-Friendly Font Pack, which is on sale this month. You get a one-user license for the four space-saving fonts in the Nina family, seven other fonts, and a variety of templates and images for $14.95, which is less than the list price of the complete Nina family alone. Nina was designed by Matthew Carter and hinted by Tom Rickner as a user interface font for handheld devices. It packs in more characters per inch than its close relatives, Tahoma and Verdana, without sacrificing their readability at small sizes. I've switched to Nina for file listings, menus, and icon titles, and I'm very happy with it.
