Default Another font to recognise

Can anyone recognise these fonts. I've been asked to recreate the title page and set new prelims pages so I need to match the title font (and maybe the others). And no, I don't know if all the blotchy bits are part of the design.

I thought I recognised the font as something I had but once I'd found it discovered it was totally different -- one of the results of a fading memory.
