Default Fixing a TTF split from a TTC

To make Microsoft's Cambria Math usable on a Windows 98 machine, I used the breakttc tool from MS's old TTSDK to split the TTC into two TTFs, Cambria and Cambria Math.

The Cambria file works OK, though it is very big, since empty slots are all filled with marker glyphs.

My problem is with the Cambria Math file. All characters display with a leading of about 800%. Is there a free tool with which I can fix this?
