Default Creating a logo - Zeroes and DrawPlus

Well, I've been playing around

Picking the 'Zeroes One' font by Ray Larabie (one of the free fonts I got from MyFonts) as an excellent starting point for what I have in mind, and using the free DrawPlus 4 as a vector drawing program, I've been having fun today, and I'm quite happy with my first experiments.

I'm nowhere near a real logo yet, but the little experiments I'm attaching clearly show the possibilities of this font, as well as some of the capabilities of Serif DrawPlus 4: when you export as PNG it automatically creates nice alpha-transparency antialiasing, as demonstrated in the 'bas' image, pasted both onto a black and onto a light-colored background. The square(ish) images show how I've been playing with the square brackets, modifying them a little to give each one round corner like most of the letters have; the s is also modified to make it narrower to make the whole image (almost) square. I've scaled one right down to 16-pixel size (apart from a logo I want a related favicon, of course) and it's still quite clearly recognizable at that size.

Comments (and ideas) welcome, of course. The site's name will be 'ban[all]spam'.
