Default EPS images in Quark

Hi Everyone

I'm new to this site but was hoping someone out there could help with a little problem I have?

I have three vector eps images which are saved out from Illustrator CS2 on a mac and placed into a Quark file on a PC, when viewed on screen they look terrible - very low res previews, which I thought would be OK, since I figured once the document is printed or sent to PDF it would display fine. However, once printed the document comes out much the same as it does on screen - it seems like the previews are being printed rather than the nice smooth vector images. We have tried sending the doc to PDF as well and the same thing happens with two of the three images but not the other one?? I only created one of the three but have saved them all the same way?

Does anyone have any ideas? - I'm stuck!

Thanks
