Perhaps no one else has experienced this, but just in case:
I had grown used to having Safari open PDFs in the browser window. But when I moved to this Intel iMac, all of a sudden it didn’t work. Today I spent an embarassing amount of time figuring this out. If you have the same experience, show the Safari “Get Info” window, and if you see in the first pane “Open using Rosetta,” unclick that. Restart Safari, and you may be as likely as I was — PDFs will once again open in the browser window. If that doesn’t work, let me know — this is a problem that needs unraveling! __________________ :: |
