Default A Good Windows Development Forum?

I'm looking for a novice-friendly forum for discussing Windows development, particularly Visual Basic 2005 (Express Edition). I can't seem to find anything on the Compuserve Forums, and Wugnet doesn't seem to have anything for it either.

One thing about the Compuserve Forums (and some of its spun-off forums) has been the good mix of experts and novices. Nothing like a newbie going into a bulletin board only to be told "RTFM" or worse by the denizens.
