Default How do I type Latin 'n' in Quark 65.?

CANNOT seem to figure this out! I used to jump over to Key Caps when I was operating system 9 to check the keyboard combos for these special characters. Now that I'm running OSX I can't seem to figure out where I can find this info. (i.e. creating latin n, accent e & a, various other symbols). Surely there is a simple way to find this?
