I am trying out a free meeting scheduling tool called doodle
As chair of a committee of my civic association, I have trouble scheduling meetings that are convenient for most of the committee members. Doodle lets me pick a set of possible dates (and times, but I pick 19:30), and then I send off a link to the committee members, who record their choices of when they can attend. So far, only two committee members have answered, but on Independence Day, I can hardly expect a response from 15 people who are probably traveling or celebrating at fireworks displays.
