Default Firefox Problem

I have a Firefox problem, but it started before I upgraded to the most current version.

When I start the browser, I get a message saying that the browser can't find the URL. This is true for every URL, and true after clearing the browser cache. After the message, then Firefox goes on to bring up the web site. In particular, I attach the message for this web site, which comes up right after that message. This is very annoying, but I don't know anything to do to get rid of this behavior.

Well, after trying twice, and with different attachment photos, I get the upload failed message. <sigh> Maybe you take my word for it?
