Default A link that shouldn't be a link

I must be missing something here, I have a link at the bottom of the sidebar and for some reason the paragraph in the footer appears as a link.

In Firebug I can see a line of code that doesn't appear if I view the source of the document in the browser. I have edited this section but to no avail.

Can anyone cast some light on what is going on!
