Default Cleaning up (ugh) a Word-created HTML page

Is there anything -- anything at all -- that will help convert the gawdawful code created by saving a Word document as HTML into code that a decent person can stand to look at?

The document is several hundred pages in length, so doing anything other than trying to clean up the Word code is not exactly what I have in mind for my spare time...

Thanks!
