Default Font Identification

I could use a serif and a sans serif font for this heading in HTML, but it would be better if I had a good font identification instead from the experts who are in this forum. Heading attached.

Also, any easy way to have a box on a form for a place to check off an item? I am thinking that some fonts have boxes available. The box is not part of a HTML form, just a regular paper form.
