Default NVu question - re importing

Thanks to those who recommended NVu. With it, I was able to get a simple site up in a sort time, and the automated pubish feature has saved many, many minutes.

Now, I need to tackle updating my (very old) website. Is there a way to import the whole thing into NVu so I can deal with it there?

Thanks.
