Default Printing Oversized Images

I have a large JPEG image of a map that I would like to print full size. I seek a utility that would permit the map to be printed in sections, preferably with overlap, on separate sheets of 8.5x11 paper. Anyone know of such a utility? It would need to run on a W98 system. Other suggestions welcomed.
