Default How to embed a font in my PDF document ??

Hello All

I would like to know how to embed a font in my PDF Document . I am creating a PDF with Acrobat Writer 5.0. I would like to embed the font arial in this document. So that when i copy the document to other system, and even if i dont have the Arial font on that system, i would like to view my docuemnt in Arial font. Please suggest me how to do it. Thanks in advance for your help.
