Default Smart Printing in Acrobat 7

I'm currently designing a simple for in Acrobat 7 Pro. Its all finished however I want to restrict the printing. What I intend is to have the form completely filled out before the Print Button will work.

I know the Submit button works in this manner that it will warn the user that the fields need to be filled in prior to sending. Is there a way to mimic this but with the print button instead?

Thank you in advance.. any help is appreciated.
