Default Internet Explorer Print Preview

When I view one of the pages in a legacy website I am modifying and go to the print preview, it starts with page 1 and runs well into the hundreds of pages, unless I stop it. See the attachment, at page 617. This is with MSIE 6.0.2800, and does not happen using Firefox or Opera.

Any ideas what HTML could cause this? The HTML verifies, and doesn't seem to produce any other problems.
