Default Windows: Arial.ttf and Quark 6.5

So, if you have the arial font loaded (Arial.ttf), Quark will actually let you pick a font from the dropdown called "Arial Greek". I'm guessing Quark creates this virtual font based on the character set available in Arial.ttf? Same thing happens with "Arial CE".

So the problem is, when you have Greek text and use Arial Greek it looks and prints fine but when you print to PDF, it does not pull the correct Greek characters and the text looks all nonsensicle. When I create the PDF, then go to File > Properties > Fonts, "Arial" is embedded but there is no "Arial Greek" because this isn't a real font. So the distiller apparently doesn't know how to deal with Quark's method of font mapping. Anyone know why this is or how to fix it? Here is some Greek text to play with:

Επισκεφτείτε το site της Aegean , ενημερωθείτε για τα δρομολόγια, τις προσφορές και τα νέα της εταιρίας και κάντε την κράτηση του εισιτηρίου...
