Do any forum members have experience with developing a web site at a distance? In theory, a web site could be developed from anywhere in the world, for anyone else, as long as language was not a barrier.

Beyond that, do any of you want referrals for work at a distance? I have sometimes found a prospect with web work beyond my skills and availability to do, and maybe I could refer them to one of you. However, most members are not in Pennsylvania, and many are not in the USA.
