Default Replacing lost fonts

Good morning,

I am really new at this, so be gentle.

I'm using InDesign CS2.

Because of a number of forced upgrades and pushed “improvements” (I work for the government) two fonts have disappeared from my Mac G5 - Helvetica T1 medium and bold.

Because these fonts are used in three forms in which 100% of the space is allocated, I can’t do a global replacement and have the forms maintain their integrity.

No one else in my unit has the fonts and I do not know their origin.

Is there a way short of personally springing for the entire font family I can obtain these two fonts in DC?

Thank you so much!
