Default Tea Totallers?

Did Chinese Emperor Shen Nung discover the brewing of tea in 2737 B.C.?

http://ar.essortment.com/teateabagse_rswd.htm says so.

After all that discussion of coffee, I would expect some discussion of tea here, especially since it played a big role in English and American history.

The above reference claims that England lost her American colonies because of the tea tax. There was certainly a lot more to the break than the Boston Tea Party, though.

So, tea drinkers, speak up!
