I have undertaken the Herculean task of cataloging manually the several thousand fonts I have and classifying them into meaningful categories. I am constrained by the fact that W98 can only handle no more than about 900 installed fonts at a time.
I understand that a TTF file could have embeded within it much information concerning the font it represents. 1) Is there a Windows utility that would produce a report of all embedded information it finds for TTF files found in a given folder or directory? 2) What other utilities would be beneficial to automatic identification, cataloging and classifying font files found in a directory? __________________ RJ Emery, Eastern USA WordPerfect 8 User on XP Pro SP3 System OCR ScanSoft PaperPort SE v9 on Brother MFC-8840DN Printer/Scanner/Fax |
