Default FrontPage Publishing Arrows

One of my legacy FrontPage sites now has strange blue arrows on the publishing page on the hard drive side, along with "Unmatched" on the server side. See the attachment for a screen capture.

These arrows never go away, and they currently appear for the first eight pages alphabetically in the list. I tried deleting the "activities.htm" page on the server side, no change. I tried the "Recalculate Hyperlinks" Tool, too. After the first eight pages, the others don't do this. I can change those, and they match up.

This is a legacy site done on a volunteer basis, but we are about to switch to Dreamweaver and a completely new design. However, I still have a paid civic association web site in FP, so I need to know about FP quirks, even if I never create another web site with it.
