Default XAMPP Installed, no MySQL command line

After an earlier discussion in this section, I went ahead and installed (On Windows XP Pro) Apache, MySQL, PHP, and FileZilla. Everything seems to work fine. The XAMPP window lets me check the security and change passwords. I can use WinMySQLadmin, too. I installed these in the second copy of WinXP on my dual-boot computer, and I shut down the network interface to avoid any security issues from the Comcast cable connection.

What I cannot do is find the command line for MySQL. I can't figure that out from the MySQL sites or the XAMPP site. I didn't figure it out from five PHP/MySQL books I consulted, either. Some of those books are brand new, consulted without purchasing them at B&N. So, what is the secret?
