Default Where do the bots stop?

Came across this article on Sitepoint to go yesterday.

The author managed to explain about how the bots from three of the main search engines (Google, MSN and Yahoo) behave when they index web pages in a way that even I could grasp.

Not that I would contemplate putting content on my pages for the bots, obviously it is there for humans, but knowing how the pages are indexed helps in getting the most out of the content.

SEO is an area where the goalposts seems to be moved all the time, goodness knows for how long this information applies!
