Default Sheening effect in CorelDraw?

Hi, Does anyone know how to create a background with a touch of sheen to it in CorelDraw 12? Do I need additional software to achieve such an effect?

I've created a business card; half of the background is designed in copper, which I'd like to add some sheen to it.

Thanks in advance.
