Default MyHosting.com - NOT unresponsive

I've now sent several requests to support at myhosting.com for help with what should be a very simple problem.

One request via the web site.
Down the black hole.

Two emails.
Prompt automated responses bragging about their 24x7 support and promising that I'll *probably* get an answer within 4 hours.

Yeah. Which 4 hours? One tomorrow, one on Friday, another next Wednesday and the final one on ooohhhh, about the 23 of the month?

Luckily this is nothing momentous that needs attention right away, but if this is typical of their support, I never will *need* help with anything momentous from them. I won't trust them with anything important.

Tsk.
