Default Creating IDCS2 Stylesheets

We need to create a guide to all the styles that are used in a document for one of our vendors.... I heard CS2 has a way that you can just turn these on. Anyone ever use this function? Just curious where I could find it. Right now, I just draw boxes that point to the various styles used in the document, but that's a pain!
