Default Can anyone open a Printshop file?

Someone has sent me a .SIG file, which he says he created in Printshop.

I can't open it.

The guy also sent me a .bmp file saved from Printshop, but it's 72 dpi and I can't use it. He doesn't know if Printshop creates vector or bitmap files, or if he can save it at high-resolution.

I assume it's hopeless, but figured I ask if anyone knows if Printshop can even create a file higher than 72 dpi (or a vector file), or if any other program will open the .SIG format.

TIA,

mxh
