Default What the...? Adobe's feeding me ads or ??

Hey, I just began to notice little yellow banners popping up when I hover over elements I'm fiddling with in an illustration in Adobe Illustrator CS -- they're ads! Instead of ignoring them as usual (supposing they're simply telling me what I already know about the tool I'm using at the moment), the message of one of them finally registered in my brain and this last one said

Yes, it ended at the elipsis! So when the heck did they start doing that? Is this some live feed that's coming in to sell me on upgrading?

OK, now I've just clicked on another line in the top of my illo and the banner says:
Quote:
"...links to search, the Adobe Store, and international versions of Adobe.com."
And another line clicked at the very top of the illo says "main navigation"; oh, and yet another says "Show solutions link menu" What the heck???
