Default Centre content in browser window

I've finally got my web site (well, page actually) working.

It looks as intended in IE and AOL Explorer, but in Opera the page is not centered in the browser window, and the rotating picture is not working.

The site was created with NetObjects Fusion 7 for Windows and the URL is as follows:

http://www.boaakerstrom.com

Any advice on what to do about this is welcome!
